About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Cleaning Hub Services Ltd.
By requesting a quotation or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.
Additional work requested after a quotation has been accepted may incur additional charges.
Payment
Payment is due within the terms stated on your invoice.
Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Access
Customers must provide safe access to the property on the agreed date and time.
If we are unable to gain access, a call-out charge may apply.
Health & Safety
We reserve the right to postpone work where weather conditions or site conditions present a risk to our staff or others.
Liability
The Cleaning Hub Services Ltd is fully insured.
We accept responsibility only for damage caused directly through our negligence.
Existing defects, poor maintenance or hidden structural issues remain the responsibility of the property owner.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Complaints
We aim to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
Please notify us within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
